If you are unhappy with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly accept your purchase for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returns back to us. All open-box and used returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee for iSUPs, and a 20% restocking fee for Hard Boards.
